Terms & Conditions
Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB) of the Deed Store
1. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed in the Deed Store at shop.deedmusic.com. Your contract partner is Deed Music Berlin, owner Iman Rajabi Tabar, Cantianstraße 7, 10437 Berlin, Germany (see Impressum). Different terms of the customer do not apply.
2. Contract
The products in the store are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. By clicking the order button at checkout you place a binding order. We confirm receipt of your order by email; this confirmation does not yet accept the order. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by a separate email or by shipping the goods. The contract language is English. We store the contract text; you receive the order details by email.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in euros. As a small business in accordance with § 19 UStG, we do not charge VAT, so no VAT is shown. Shipping costs are shown before you complete your order (currently free shipping). We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay (processed by Stripe) and PayPal, as offered at checkout. Payment is due when the order is placed.
4. Production and delivery
All products are made to order after purchase. Production and delivery times are listed on the Shipping & Returns page. If a product cannot be produced, we inform you without delay and refund any payment already made.
5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details, the model withdrawal form and the consequences of withdrawal are set out on the Shipping & Returns page.
6. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
7. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights (gesetzliche Mängelhaftungsrechte) apply. Small colour and placement differences between screen images and the printed product are normal for made-to-order printing and are not a defect.
8. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
9. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers in the EU, this choice of law does not remove the protection granted by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where they live. We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
